Next, complete the FAMILY CONTACT DETAILS section. Then, take a moment to read the RELEASE FORM in detail and check the AGREE box provided for both the release information and the non-refundable nature of the tickets.

When complete, press the PREVIEW SUBMISSION button at the bottom on the form, review for accuracy, and then click REGISTER. To pay for your registration, simply click the PURCHASE button to complete your payment via PayPal.
